Return Policy

Fit & Exchange Guarantee

We want you and your dog to feel confident using PawLift™. Because PawLift™ is a mobility support harness, we do not offer general returns once the harness has been used.

However, we understand that proper fit is essential. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Clean and free of hair, dirt, or odor

  • Gently tried on only for fitting purposes

  • Undamaged and in good condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Important: Please contact us before sending any items back. Products sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@paw-lift.com, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.


Exceptions / Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Warranty

Every PawLift™ harness is crafted with premium materials designed for durability and comfort. We stand behind our quality with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects or product failures under normal use.

The warranty does not cover chewing, pet damage, normal wear, or misuse.

If you experience an issue, contact support@paw-lift.com, and we’ll help resolve it.


International Returns

For all international customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Exchanges must meet the same cleanliness and condition requirements and require prior authorization.
